Neil’s meditation practice started in the early 90s and now he is a devotee of the Self Realization Fellowship ashram in Los Angeles USA, established by his Guru Paramahansa Yogananda. He teaches yoga asana and meditation.
Sara’s yoga practice started 10 years ago and took an unlikely turn with a multiple hip fracture from a bike accident. She credits yoga and meditation for her quick and whole healing. She is a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher from the Sattva Yoga Academy, Rishikesh, India.
